1. Do you offer returns?
No, we currently do not offer returns as we are a small-scale business. However, we do offer exchanges for size or for another existing design, provided the product is unused and passes our quality check.

2. How do I request an exchange?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery either via email at [your email here] or through our Instagram page for a faster response.

3. Who covers the shipping charges for exchanges?
All return shipping charges are borne by the customer. You may either ship the product back yourself or pay us the delivery amount so we can arrange the pickup.

4. What is the delivery time?
Your order will reach you within 7–10 business days. We take a little extra time to ensure each parcel is packed beautifully and checked carefully before it leaves us.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — Tee Hee currently ships only within India.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via email or WhatsApp.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you cancel after dispatch, delivery charges will be applicable.

8. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — Tee Hee is currently online-only.

9. Can I place a custom order?
At this stage, we are not offering custom orders.

10. What happens if my product doesn’t pass the quality check during exchange?
If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
