Return & Exchange Policy

At Tee Hee, we currently do not offer returns, as we are still a small-scale business. However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

- Size exchange for the same design.

- Exchange for a different existing design from our store.


Exchange Conditions

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

- An exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

- Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. If it fails to meet our quality standards, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

- You can request an exchange by emailing us at teehee25.store@gmail.com or contacting us directly on Instagram for a faster response.


Return Charges & Delivery

- Customers can either ship the parcel back to our address themselves or get a pickup arranged by us with an additional delivery charge based on their location. 

- All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

- If an order is cancelled after dispatch, delivery charges will apply and will be billed according to the location of delivery.


Processing Time

- Exchange requests will be attended to within 2–3 business days of receiving your request.

- Once the quality check is complete and approved, the exchange shipping process will take an additional 7–10 working days.


Order Cancellations

- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order has been dispatched to avoid delivery charges.


Disclaimer

- Tee Hee reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not pass our quality check.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

- Product colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen settings.
